It seems that bi-mart is the place to shop right now for knitting supplies. Besides your great find, my mother found a really awesome knitting book for beginners. It is called Knitting for Cool Girls or something close to that. She found it for $3 on a discount rack!!! It goes over all the basics like cast-on, knit stitch, purl, etc.... with really good diagrams. Then it has these pics about don't get discouraged if you see your grandma knitting. The really funny thing I thought it had was a top 20 of things that every knitter has to do from making one sleeve shorter than the other and going swimming in a knitted bathing suit. Overall I thought it was really cool and who would have thought it would have been at Bi-Mart?
